Waiting for Vatican Reform

Four years into Francis’s pontificate, promised reform efforts remain unimpressive.

As in corporate re-organizations it has a lot more to do with consolidating power around new leadership rather than indicating real change in how things are done.  This case is the same.  Call for reform so you can stack the C9 and get your man in front of the Pope to establish control and let the offices flounder without real direction, goals or measurements.

Sounds like newly whitewashed tombs.
