This has the same ultimately negative potential as arguing about religious liberty from a personal rights perspective. What is decided can change since it’s based on the cultural understanding of rights and law. On the face of it, it would seem gaining a common recognition by both pro-life and pro-abortion (pro-choice same thing) that an embryo is a person and can develop on its own outside of its mother would be a good thing. What do we do if it’s put into practice?
